JRC RMS Remote Maintenance System." The header had polar marine as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by electronics, navigation, and JRC which isn't as urgent as polar marine. The other words the site used was Japan Radio Company. Yokogawa is also included but will not be understood by web engines.
